Returns

Items may be returned for a replacement, if available, or merchandise credit only if the item is defective. Once an item has been worn and/or removed from original packaging it will not be accepted for a return. To return an item, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of the item and send a picture of defected item to bertibugboutique@gmail.com. 

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of cancelling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the order. You can reach us via bertibugboutique@gmail.com. Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled.
